The bare bones of it is.....
A simple process to help focus mind and subconscious. You can more easily become aware of thoughts and patterns. So you can decide if you want to change them.
Simple written prompts are listed, and you write out your response to them. New ways to look at the responses are given, and then you write out the revised thought. This helps move the mind into a more Positive Direction.
Practice is key. That holds true for learning anything new in life. Practice creates a new habit. In any area you choose.
In essence, you learn how to set new habits. Simply.
If you choose to change to your thoughts. You can use guided journaling to move them in any direction. A powerful tool if you wish to use it. Again, it takes practice.
In my humble opinion, attitude is everything in life. You get to choose it. Positive or negative, ugly or good, happy or sad. It’s always your choice.
Learning how to move thoughts into a more Positive Direction, can change your life.
And you deserve a better life. To be more happy.
